Once again, Bungie continually shows they don’t care about their community by going on about bs no one was asking about and completely ignoring all the legitimate concerns, like masterwork cores in infusion, terrible exotic drop rates and high likelihood of duplicates, and the frikken third subclass only available behind an activity most players don’t have the time or inclination to complete!
Seriously, stop being dicks, Bungie.

Nah, they’re all legit. Just because you don’t agree doesn’t invalidate my opinion. Just ask all the people that whined about ace of spades. I found the five invader kills to be ridiculously easy, but they cried and got their way. Or ask all the people that ran around in the open and cried when they get sniped by sleeper. I found it pretty easy to avoid someone trying to use snipe tactics and to flank while they were focused somewhere else. But they brought their concerns forward and had the game catered to them, even though I found it to be nonsense, it was legitimate enough to Bungie.

Well the scout problem has been acknowledged, so has the masterwork problem. Plus if you were paying attention you’d know there will be other ways to get your third subclass other than doing the raid it just is not right now. So your last problem is exotic drop rate, which I’m afraid we will just have to differ in opinion with (I still don’t have my first forsaken exotic either). I like it how it is right now but if enough people cry about it maybe Bungie will change that too. I just hope not, but if they do then more power to you I guess

Your only legitimate complaint are masterwork cores. Not doing the raid in a game like destiny is just dumb. If you don't have the time fine, but don't ask for handouts by you bought a game that requires time commitment yet don't have time, that's be crybaby tactics. Exotics are perfect right now and duplicates will always exist on ring, stop complaining a d learn to grind.

I agree about the masterwork cores but you can get your third seed of light by doing the tier 4 blind well. It has a small chance to drop but it is possible. I don't mind the exotic drop rate or the duplicates because every time I see that yellow engram I feel excited for the power boost and what I might get.

I’m calling BS on that third seed in tier 4 blind well. There is absolutely no proof it exists there and bungie hasn’t come out and officially said anything about it yet, despite a lot of people being pissed. Which they should, a lot of peeps are unhappy about t being in the raid, hence why they came forward with the damage control response to try and calm things down while they scramble to figure out where else to add the seed quietly.

I was running with a friend and we started a tier 4 after completing a tier 3 and even though we were not able to complete it he still got his third seed. So no B.S. try it for yourself.

I’ve done it a few times already, got a decent shorty out of it once, but haven’t seen anything else. It is such a pain in the butt finding a group that is capable enough to run it. Hopefully I can get a group again sometime.

Exotic drop rates are so low because well...they are exotic. They are supposed to be like that. Likelihood of dupes for exotic gear? There is chance of dropping any of the 50+ exotics while play any class. The more exotics you already have, the more likely you are to receive a dupe. Exotics dupes are fine as they give you a massive power boost.

The masterwork cores in infusion is the only thing I agree with there. Mabye if you taken the time to read about what they were doing and how the community responded to it instead of leaving hate mail on all the bungie posts you would know that the duplicate chance for legendaries it relitivly high because you already have most of the gear and most players like the new exotic drop rates. I personally think it's great to have rarer exotics. And about the 3rd subclass bungie has said that if you can't do the raid you can still get it it's just in the raid now as a way for the best players to be able to get it.

I have been reading their responses, and honestly, it has been nothing but bs pr damage control and no action. Exotic drop rates aren’t fine. Many people are playing 200+ hours and haven’t seen any yet. That is not okay. I’m not asking for D2 year one drop rates, but the system we have now is ridiculous. It doesn’t feel rewarding. It feels like time wasted and aggravation. With the drop rates being so incredibly low, and alike you pointed out the obvious, with year one gear being the vast majority of the loot pool finally getting one to drop is not a rewarding experience. Picking it up nine times out of ten feels like a slap in the face when you see the same exotic you’ve gotten a hundred times over the past year.

I 100% agree exotics should be rare but they need to do something about exotic duplicate protection. I have easily been dumping 50+ hours a week into forsaken and only have 1 new exotic to show(Lord of Wolves BTW) Every other exotic drop I have got has been duplicates one of which was the chaperone I did a quest for which is utter bs.
