You've tried Graviton or Vigilance wing in crucible lately? Seriously, go try, they're junk now.

Basically, I will agree at this point most legendary primaries outperform exotics which is not necessarily a good thing. Exotics should have more of an edge.

They actually did nerf them both. Vigilance Wing is still strong, but Graviton Lance has a 1 second TTK now, which is considerably weaker than it was.

Wrong. They both got nerfed. Graviton Lance now has a TTK of 1 second, which is very slow by current meta standards. Go on Crucible Playbook and have a look at some of the research.

Just don't rant without reading stuff mate. In many patches before Forsaken, they summed up all of the damage changes in the game, including scouts and pulses. Pulses haven't been nerfed, only buffed. Problem is, V-wing and Glance are not as prominant right now, because there's many other options. They still have the same ttk (or higher)

That's not true. Pretty much everything you said is wrong. They summed up some damage changes, but they were pretty vague about most. Scouts have been nerfed by 30% in PvE, show me where they said they'd be doing that? Most weapons have had bodyshot damage reduced, but critical damage increased, which I think is a good change. But it's not necessarily a buff, it just rewards players with better aim, so it's a buff or a nerf, depending on how good your aim is. Vigilance Wing has had a slight nerf, but it's still competitive. Graviton Lance has had a heavier nerf though and its TTK is now 1 second. Both their TTK is lower, not the same or higher.

Well, the numers are there and everything is still the same, it just feels different (maybe even weak for your taste) because they've changed other weapons. Also I won't call you mate, sorry for that :p

It was quite exciting to actually finally get OP exotics back for a couple of months. Now (hard to find and get to drop) legendary weapons annihilate you in crucible. It's frustrating after all the grind to get the exotics to masterwork level.
