Why do they need to take cores out of infusing? I dont know why people complain about this. Please enlighten me.

Because crazy expensive. I’ve been conservative and have gone from 2800 legendary shards to 1700 since Forsaken launched, mostly because of stupid masterworks cores. And I only buy 3 a day. Use every single one. About to cut it to 2 and only infuse Orpheus Rig and use unbalanced crap until I hit max light. No way could I afford to infuse and keep two or three characters going.

Because they are called "Masterwork" cores. Not "Infusion cores" And you have to DISMANTLE high quality gear to get them. Maybe give us the cores we would get from dismantling if we infuse a Masterwork level 5 weapon into something?
