Apparently nobody has gotten the bow yet, while sites like light.gg say it should spawn from normal engrams. Just mentioning it if it is indeed a bug, and not just locked behind something hidden players have yet to achieve. I paid money for that ornament, it would be nice if I'd actually get to use it.
