Glory rank 3 weapon, highest impact / lowest rate of fire pulse, kills in 3 bursts. Has Outlaw, allowing near instant reloads after a critical kill. Reloading during Outlaw activates the unique trait Desperado: After an Outlaw reload, this weapons rate of fire increases dramatically for a short time. If you get an outlaw reload, the result is a max impact pulse killing in 3 bursts that can fire as fast as the highest rate of fire pulses (Darkest Before, Lincoln Green, etc.). The result is one of the lowest times to kill on a kinetic weapon in the game. It's very situational in PvP, but out--blam!-ing-standing in PvE for rapid damage drops from the kinetic slot. Additionally, getting another crit kill gives Outlaw again, and reloading will restart the 7 or 8 second timer on Desperado, allowing you to chain it together as long as you are getting crit kills.
The 'big deal' was how borderline impossible it was for the majority of players to get, so it's an exclusive piece of elite gear. The bad part is, we are all getting a quest line to allow us to get Redrix Broadsword (which is going to be no cakewalk, believe me). This weapon will have random rolls, allowing them to be customized with the Mods 2.0 system. So the potential exists for a quest Boradsword to be far better than an elite Claymore, depending on how the chips fall and what mods you choose to apply.

Edited by FdYAcsoyPKN83gLE: 9/4/2018 6:05:46 PMWe should be grateful that not alot of people are dweebs for playing year 1 crucible that is "competive". Dweebs are not elite but some think they are which again they are not, but a dweeb is a dweeb, so they suck in 1v1. However, whoever has the broadsword is a true pro because they have a real weapon of true glory, and not a fake one!
