I played Trials & Competitive week #1 and never set foot in it again. Friends and I had the same reaction, that the crucible and mostly competitive modes were utter cancer. I forced myself to play the crucible for other rewards, like weekly Shax engrams to level up or all the catalysts aside from the Mida. Perfectly happy not smashing my head against a wall in frustration for just 1 gun, and rather spend my time playing the activities I enjoy.
