Titan class class can now kill any player with 1 hit using any shoulder / shield bash skill . Thanks to New forsaken prepatch update .
An Insurmountable Skullfort , Titan helmet has the perk to get a new melee charge after every successful melee kill. That means basically you have unlimited shoulder bash.

I really don’t think it was intended to be like that. Those perks worked cuz shoulder charge couldn’t one hit kill so if you pulled it off you could get rewarded. Now it kinda looks like one of those “not working as intended” situations
