Hey. I've tried doing some research and can't find anything. When Moebius Quiver is selected (which deals "massive damage" against tethered enemies), is it affected by tractor cannon? i.e. will it do more damage? Especially curious considering the recent change to Orpheus Rig giving Nightstalkers more arrow shots. Could be quite useful? Anyone tested this?
