The Purity: The first of the two fundamental powers of the universe, Time. Associated with form. Resides in our realm. The Entropy: The other fundamental power, Space. Associated with formlessness. Resides in the dark realm. ——————————————————————— The Pure: Humanoid robots, originally from a technological facility on Mars. Weapons of war made by Humanity in a long forgotten age. The robots became self-conscious, and learned how to make more of themselves. Late in the year 2075, the robots detected a hostile anomaly surrounding Mars, and decided it best to eradicate Humanity for their materials and territory. The Pure escaped to Enceladus, Moon of Saturn, where they built a base inside the core of the moon, erased all traces of them being there, and went into hibernation. Numbers: In the 500 billions. Abilities: Time travel to the past. Highly advanced nuclear weaponry, capable of destroying an Earth-sized planet in less than 30 minutes. Can travel faster than light. These humans were unable to escape the solar system in time. The Entropy consumed them, changing them on a fundamental level. Death is relative for the Corrupt. Upon death of the body, the soul will attach to their living comrades, following them around. When they find a non-Corrupt body to take over, they will bind to that body until their next death, and the body becomes Corrupt by the Entropy. Numbers: Although the official number is not known, the estimate for our dimension is in the 2.1 trillions. The number in the Dark Realm is unknown, but may be much higher than we could think. Abilities: Instant travel to any location in our dimension. The Entropic Soul is immune to all weapons except for those of the Purity. Ability to body-hop.
