If my team can't play efficiently, I'm out. If my 2 randos die 3 times each in the first 30 seconds, I'm out.
Working as a team doesn't mean, put up with 2 other people's shit. If my times being wasted, let someone else matchmake in.
I usually do them with my clan mates, but sometimes I cant.

With that attitude, might as well just solo the damn thing right? Sounds like to me you have this like a boss and there is absolutely no need for a team. I mean hell, just by pass all that boring crap get to end, without firing a single round and melee space magic that boss down, no need for other peoples shit right? You got that power level to 380+ and that plus includes pure skill of yah god like status. Destiny is just waaay to easy to be shooting anything, holy crap how dare I right?, "I didnt mean I can do this solo but everyone just sucks but me" Shit this crap should be single player and use Destiny Tracker to show of those Meme's! no time putting up with all this, "other peoples shit" just let me, me, ME..its all about ME.

Oh that's only a couple examples. My full list will reveal that no one except my close friends are worthy to do Strikes with me, and I merely settle for less because sometines, that's just how it has to be.
