The countries you mention are democracies comprising elected representatives of established political parties, not a bunch of white male social clubs.
Do the names Angela Merkel, Theresa May, Julia Gillard, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Elena Kagan, Sonia Sotomayor or a bit close to home for me, Arlene foster or Mary Lou McDonald mean anything to you?
European and former European 'immigrant' countries, as you put it, will tend to have demographics skewed towards large white populations because . . . shock horror, Europeans tend/tended to be white. And all the countries you mention do not actively discriminate against their non white populations.
