I wasn’t defending it.
I said the [i]idea[/i] of the changes weren’t a problem.
But once the DLC dropped and I saw how heavy handed they were in throttling progression I said that this was going to be a problem.
And over the week as I’ve seen how unrewarding the strike playlist is compared to the old raids.
Which is why—days before this week’s TWAB—-that Bungie needed to fix this with a hot fix, or else risk chasing solo players and casuals out of the game.
The idea is fine.
They went to far in the implementation.
