Anyone else not having as much fun as a single player? I feel like I used to be able to hop in and feel like I accomplished something each time I logged in, but now its feels like im wasting my time. Havent had much luck or motivation to do the raids. I only play solo cause the 10 people or so I could rely on, to play with, gave up on the game. Its probably just me, but was just curious. I really wish they had match making for the content.
EDIT 5-17
Amazed at the responses guys! I just wanted to clarify that yes, I understand that I could use LFG or play a different game (which I do) its just that this game isnt as friendly towards the solo player. I used to have 2 groups of people to play with but they all became jilted by the game and quit. Im essentially the last guy holding out for this game still. Haha. The biggest issue right now I have is loot progression, and something to chase. Like a grasp of malok with the perfect role! LOVE heroic strikes feeling Heroic. I just wish there was a carrot to chase there like in D1. Thanks again for all the responses.

My issue is the raids aren't fun to LFG. Not saying you can't LFG raids, I do it sometimes on FFXIV when my static isn't on and I want to grind out a mount. However... Destiny raids just aren't fun. They are challenging for LFG groups because everyone doesn't play with each other and raid experience is always mixed. Plus a single mistake leads to a full wipe on a boss or encounter, which is complete BS in raids. You screw up? You die or get some sort of debuff that makes your life harder. It usually takes multiple screw ups or specific timings where a death will cost you a wipe. However, Bungie has to rely on that because their raids aren't hard at all and are frankly really boring. Think about it? Every raid boss is the same for 3 years straight basically. Deal with adds, do a group mechanic within a short amount of time, either boss shields or players get a massive damage buff, 30 seconds of DPS, then rinse and repeat. This is incredibly tedious, but because people complained about bullet sponge bosses instead of the real issue that Bosses are basically glorified turrets, we are here now. Bullet sponges are fine in a raid setting when the boss is the main focus, but it never has been so far Bungie's focus to make the boss the general focus. The only raid boss that breaks the mold was Templar when you were doing challenge mode. It was the best fight Bungie ever made because it was a long drawn out fight where you had to swap between who could DPS and who needed to control adds while also having the relic runner bounce between keeping the boss planted and killing oracles. It was fun because everyone was involved like a machine to kill the boss actively.
