Can a twist to fixed rolls be good for D2?

Fixed Rolls that can be rerolled perk by perk

Random Rolls generated every time you receive an item

Please upvote to keep the poll going and MAYBE get bungies attention. Ok we all know the diversity in the tables at this time for weapons and gear is underwelming, so there is no need to put it on blast here. What my question is to you, the community, would you rather have one or the other of these options. Option 1: Fixed Rolls stay, but can be altered. Every time you receive a weapon or piece of gear it has the same roll, however the one you keep locked in your inventory with your masterwork you could make each perk individually rerolled with a certain amount of consumable items, (*gunsmith materials*), and eventaully building a personalized version of weapon or gear to carry with you for the lifespan of Destiny 2 and can be adjusted to seasonal sandbox changes. Pros: Desired items could be acquired quickly and be personalized without having to worry about becoming obsolete. Quicker times to acquire base models. Cons: Replayability will not be as long as compared to the Random Rolls system where players will need to reaquire items with sandbox changes and undesired rolls. Or, Option 2: Random Rolls return like they were implemented in D1, Vendors each week would have their wares perks repelled, and each piece of loot would be randomized on each insurance of receival. Pros: Increased interest in repeating activities and receiving items with desired perks, maximizing replayability of content. Cons: Possibly very long time investments required to receive a desired item with a desired roll, possibly never. Sandbox changes will make some cherished items undesirable for activities and will need to be required to become viable. Stockpiling variations of gear and weapons in preparation for sandbox changes with limited vault space available. These are the only two options I could come up with on how things are at this time. I don't see exotic mods helping all that much in the replayability Destiny 2 needs. Thanks for voting and reading.
