Just treat it like a Skill only sport in the Destiny universe. Like Sparrow racing. Despite the demand, it would make no sense in the story for Open world PvP and all evidence shows that intertwining PvE and PvP has screwed over the PvE side. The side that is the majority of the content. [u]The game should be mostly, if not all, PvE[/u]
