[i]Niki blushed as she felt the soft scales touched, as she crossed her hands together.[/i]
"...You'll still love me, even if I change. Right, Rose?"
[i]In the background, Clea had then groaned, before stirring.[/i]

"Always, you know that. And if anything happens to me?" She gave a weak smile, placing her hand against Niki's cheek then. Rose had no idea what would happen, and she didn't want to find out.

"I'll still love you. Always." [i]Niki smiled back, while Clea opened a single eye. Her first action was to calmly snicker at the lovebirds, though she closed her eyes soon afterwards.[/i]

Rose grinned, leaning forward then to plant a kiss on Niki's lips, backing away then to replace her clothes. They needed to get out of the place, as much as she wanted to stay with Niki. Standing up, she shivered slightly, rubbing a hand across her back. "What exactly will the rune let me do?"

[i]Niki met the kiss with her own, as she giggled in response to it. Though, she soon resumed her more intellectual, yet kind, soft manner.[/i] "I think.. yes. While I retain this form.. you will become a dragon, yourself. A shift. A.. transformation."

"Wait, like permanent? I'll turn into one?" She glanced over then with a worried look, not knowing how to handle it. "What will happen to you...?"

[i]The scales had begun to increase a little, as they coated Niki's neck lightly, while she felt her head as small ridges formed upon her forehead. Clea looked up, her eyebrow raising a little.[/i] [b]C[/b]: "Uh.. you always had a tail, or.."

Rose gave a sideways glance then, making Niki do a twirl. She spoke then, although now, her canines where more extended than normal, nearly all her teeth where actually, her canines being the most prominent. "Niki, your... Changing more than I thought. I there ant way you can halt some of it? Or at least share the burden, so you don't change too much." A tail, well Rose could handle a tail, but a full blown dragon was different.

"Shh.. I like it." [i]Indeed, as Niki twirled around, a tail extended from underneath her robing. It was.. fluffy, practically, while Niki giggled as it fluttered through the air. Clea looked at Rose astonishingly, then.[/i] "Rose, your teeth seem.. er, different." [i]She spoke up, surprised.[/i] "What've you two done?"

"Clea! Eh, its a long story, very long. Way too long. Niki I love the tail. Maybe a little too much." Rose blurted it out suddenly, grinning, flashing a giddy smile then, her canines even more pronounced, the same effect making itself apparent, scales ever so slowly appearing on her jaw line.

"Um.. both of you look like lizards.. weird, fluffy lizards." "Dragons, silly!" [i]Niki laughed, as she looked up at Rose then, touching her cheek as Rose had done beforehand.[/i] "I think.. you're changing a little as well. Teeth, right now.. and some scales.."

Rose grinned, fine with it. She seemed slightly taller one as well, an inch, maybe more. Raising a hand, she put it to Niki's, holding it. "At least you aren't alone then, we'll experience this together." She was a bit giddy actually, she had to admit it to herself, she liked the changed kind of, they made Niki look great.

"Y'all are.. surprisingly cute." [i]Clea muttered, almost smiling at the scene as she would stumble up to her feet, stretching.[/i] "Weird, but cute." "But we're happy, that's what counts." [i]Niki responded, holding Rose's hand before then kissing her on the cheek.[/i] "C'mon, we should totally get going. Isabella.. oh, she'll love you. She, er.. well, likes dragons. I think she does anyway, she tends to talk about dragons a lot.."

Rose blinked then, grinning at the thought. Only her eyes came back as more reptilian, her pupils slits now. "Yeah. Should I try and transform, get us out of here that way? Could be interesting, then I can try the power."

"Oh.." [i]Niki studied her eyes then, while her own hadn't shifted. She liked them, personally.[/i] "...Yes. Yes, you should definitely try transforming. You should find a place to do it though, so we're not.. crushed." [i]Clea looked dumbfounded, at that moment.[/i]

"Right, where though? This whole place is trees and rocks." She was a bit giddy actually, buy frightened at the same time.

"...Transforming upon one of those boulders could work." [i]Niki pointed, at a larger boulder in the distance from the camp. It was fairly large in size, and one could climb upon it easily.[/i]

She nodded then, turning slowly to glance up at it. Once more she seemed slightly taller, her body a bit more.... Shapely, more hourglass, her clothes stretched tight over her body now. Selecting one for us, she motioned to wait, walking off to get to it. // Roughly fifteen minutes went by before she reached the top, Rose's body being roughly 6"3 now, more womanly and hourglass than before, her body graced with curves she knew Niki would love later. It was weird, most likely her skeletal structure changed a bit, body adapting to it. Although now her clothes where straining to accommodate her changes. Soon though clothes wouldn't matter. Standing on the boulder, she took a deep inhale, then tried to start the change.

[i]For Niki, it would make the hugs.. so much better, even as she still loved them before. Though the curves later on would.. well, cheer her up would be an understatement.[/i] [i]Rose would feel her being go still for a second, before her vision was glazed with a light red scheme yet again, as her muscle and bone began to then shift and expand. She could feel her own being having to grow, her bones splitting to form wings and claws, her digits expanding as her nails sharpened into claws. She was.. transforming.[/i]

She screamed then, falling to a knee as she clutched her body, the feeling of everything just splitting and expanding; it was an intense burning pain, and she felt it resonate in her throat then, a woman's screams transforming into the fierce, deep roars of a dragon.

[i]Such noise would catch the two women near Rose off guard, soon with Rose being able to hear Niki's cries, as she ran towards her lover at the top of the boulder. What was once skin would sharpen and mold into thousands of scales, the bones of the wings now expanding and stretching outwards, now forming into the shape of wings themselves.[/i]

The pain kept up, but slowly was ebbing as the worst of it was out of the way. Her voice deepened to a grumble at times, as when Niki was halfway to the boulder, one final, deafening roar was heard, a deep and powerful sound from the newborn dragon.

[i]Clea fell back in her own shock, though Niki kept silent, looking up as she crossed her hands together. So, she had become a dragon..[/i] "...you [i]are[/i] a dragon!" [i]She cried out, more joyful than she had been beforehand.[/i]

Anguished growls escaped from Rose's form, a deep rolling sound from her chest, as she collapsed onto the ground from pain. A voice echoed in Niki's head then, Rose's presence felt, although vast now. [i]"Niki.... It hurts."[/i]

[i]It took some toll on Niki as she held her forehead, hand brushing past the small horns that had begun to grow like a crown upon her head, yet she nodded and sighed.[/i] "I can.. dull the pain. If you wish."

Part of the pain licked through their connection, an intense heat, then the searing pain of what Rose had felt during the transformation. Although then it shut out suddenly. Another grumble escaped the dragon, a glinting ruby eye looking over to where Niki stood [i]"Don't. I need to get used to it. Are you ok?"[/i]
