Destiny the collection missing code

I my boyfriend and I purasked destiny the collection from a notable and reliable video game store and it was missing the sheet with the code for the expansions. I don't know what to do please help.

your best bet is to contact the retailer. They would be the ones with proof of purchase and MIGHT be able to re-issue your code.
