There would be a large tent that was set up during what was presumably the day. No one was able to see how or during it’s setup, it seemed to just appear one day. It was red, the outside looking like it was made of felt. The tent was also expanding and deflating, as if it was breathing. A sign was stitched into the front of the tent. Professor Chyrth’s Wonder Emporium! First purchase free! Shuffling could be heard throughout the tent, constantly. It sounded like someone was already in there, since there was talking coming from it.
Open as hell.

Time to use muh merchants.
Attracted by the metaphorical scent of bartering, the Khajiit merchant couple found their way over to the odd red tent upon hearing news of it. Having lost a good portion of their wares over time, as well as past company (rest in peace side characters), they approached the tent with a cart of oddities and alchemic ingredients from both Tamriel and Oblivion. The two cats tried listening in on the chatter from within the tent, curious as to what was going on.

 • They were unable to hear anything in specific at all, almost like the tent was blocking it somehow. Seems that they would just have to go in to figure it out.

 • With shrugs and quizzical looks on their face, the pair entered the tent one at a time, taking it slow as they looked around. They had left their cart outside, but kept packs and satchels with them that were full of the smaller items such as potion vials (full and empty), sharp teeth given to them by a band of orks, and other miscellaneous items used in day-to-day affairs such as paper, ink, or dynamite.

 • Pirate captain Oliver Roberts would walk into the shop whistling old pirate tunes. https://i.pinimg.com/originals/b6/a9/ac/b6a9ac26b0dccf8bc061c1c4f9ebb4a8.jpg. He would look around and say” let me guess this place is bigger on the inside, but let’s get to the point. Have any guns, treasure, or rum”.

 • Well, the sign certainly did not lie at all, it really was a wonder emporium. There was certainly many wonders lining the walls, if you considered abominations and thousands of types of technologies wonders, which most really would. There were thousands upon thousands of creatures in the place, some resembling small gods. There was a woman waving to someone who was leaving, she was wearing goggles and overalls. No other features could be determined at all, and her outfit didn’t have a distinguished color. She began to walk towards the pirate. “Got plenty of all of that stuff, just have to figure out exactly what you want, Mr. Pirate!”

 • The ambassador walks in. He has a grey trench coat on. His blond hair was styled differently today. Any basic techno advanced scanners could tell that his coat pockets had lots of high tech technology in them. “I’m looking for a radio. Well actually a haling system so my ship can communicate with other ships, do you happen to have one” he says, looking around the tent

Only a certain material or does it matter at all? I need more detail, please!” She had a light British accent.

 • “Well mate, for starters I don’t really need a good quality or material. I just need a system so that my ship can communicate with other ships in space.” He says, also with a British accent. He pulls out a weird device, a sonic screwdriver, and starts scanning around the area. He is looking for suspicious objects or something from his galaxy.

 • Suspicious was an understatement when talking about all this stuff. There were things that had functions of a basic smartphone, all the way to things akin to weapons of mass destruction. There was literally infinite of these items, trying to find them all was an impossible task. “Yeah, but what kind of contact? I need information, man!”

 • “Vocal contact.” He reply’s. He starts looking around the objects. “I have lost something and I was wondering if you have seen it” he said, pulling out a picture of a blue box

 • “Ah, so you’re a Timelord then? Met some of your lot back when I was just traveling around! Why didn’t you just say so, I have an original Timelord communications system somewhere around here!”

 • “Timelord communicator, is it able to be installed into a spaceship. Not a tardis, but my friend, captain Roberts ship. The lot of them are pirates, but the captain promised to help me find my box of I take care of his crew and his ship.” He say “And about the timelord thing, I don’t like to draw too much attention to it. I have lost contact with them scene my home, Galefray burned. I don’t know if the are any out there, or if I’m the last one left... Anyways communicator.”

 • “Oh, don’t worry, Gallifrey is fine! Do you not watch TV? They’re floating around in space in some sort of bullshit void thing, nobody really understands. Moffat dropped the ball on that one, eh?” She would chuckle to herself. “Just bring your ship over to the back of my tent and I’ll install it!”

 • “If I wanted to go somewhere else, I’d go there myself! And I don’t barter, Mr. Timelord! I deal in two things! Knowledge and blood! And I already have all of one of those, and it’s the one that’s not a liquid!”

 • “Well. The sign out front says first purchase free. Also I didn’t purchase the radio yet, I just asked about it. Therefore I have a free purchase. So I’d like to know the exact location of my tardis... I will be purchasing this information and look, looks like i have a free purchase to use” the timelord says smiling

 • “Too bad it says that the first item is free! There’s a reason it says item, man! No loopholes here! You can have an item for free as your first purchase, but information will still cost you!”

 • “Information is a item. A item told in vibrations in the air. If you are saying sound isn’t matter, because it’s a wave, Well a wave is still a item. And even if you don’t count it as one, than I will have my information on paper, which is matter, so it is a item.” He pulls out a piece of paper and a pen. “Here use theses, now all you have to do is relay the information onto that paper and boom, the information is suddenly a item. It’s made of matter. Now I want info on exactly where my tardis is”

 • “Yeah, no. Information, no matter the medium given, is still information, which is not considered an item in my business transactions. Like I said, there’s no loopholes. You pay, or you don’t get any information at all.”

 • “What if I gave you knowledge. You said you have it already, but it probably doesn’t rival a over 500 year old timelord that has witnessed time and space”
