“You too” “ you might want to stand back a bit. With that Jase shoots at 7 different targets hitting each in the middle of the head. [spoiler] by the way Jase is left handed.[/spoiler]

And I’m assuming you went to a different section of the range rather then right where Cain is standing ya?[/spoiler] Cain observed the man take his shots, before looking at Jase himself. “I see you’re rather adept with a gun. Where did you learn to shoot?” He asked the cybernetic warrior.

“I learned in a place called Las Angeles I was a special type of cop called a bladerunner. I learned mostly from teaching myself and experiences, most of them near death experiences”.

“A blade runner...so...you ran around with swords?” Cain asked. While some might think this was a sarcastic statement or a tease, Jase heard the man’s voice speak with utmost seriousness.

“No I honestly don’t know why they were called that kind of stupid if you ask me“. He takes a couple more shots. “But I wasn’t on the naming committee, I was on the shooting one”.

Cain would chuckle at Jase’s comment before sliding the magazine he had loaded into his 1911. He would hit the button on the wall, sliding his target back 100 yards. “Well, luckily you received training. I have been trying to teach myself for the last two days. Not many people come to this range, so I was rather surprised to see you show up.” He would explain.

“Jase will bring every other target in the range back to 150 feet and start shooting. “I could help you learn but you won’t be a expert in two days”. [spoiler] I really don’t know anything about guns so don’t make me go into details about how to train you.[/spoiler]

[spoiler]Lmaooooo[/spoiler] “Hmm. I would like to practice on my own, actually.” Cain would tell the man unexpectedly. “I’ve always been self taught, it ensures that I am full of surprises in combat.” He explained to Jase, hitting the button on the side of the wall that sent his target back out into the range. “However the offer is appreciated.”

“Trust me...I’ve already had my fair share of combat. Just...not with guns is all.” Cain said, taking aim and firing with his pistol. His shots were paced and slow, he took his time with every one of his shots.

“What did you use if you did not use a gun”? Jase asked moving his target back to 200 yards.

“A Spear.” Cain put bluntly. “I am rather good with one.”

“That’s intriguing”. Jase responds “where I come from they stopped using weapons like that a long time ago”.

“Yes well, Tatakai is unlike many places. In one section of the world you could have things like guns that shoot those lasers, or men who use nigh impenetrable armor. In other sections you will find feudal clans fighting with steel and bow and arrows. I was raised in the latter i guess you could say...”

“If your good with spear why did you start learning gun”?

“Because a Spear isn’t too much good against a firing squad...usually...” He said, firing his last shot.

Cain’s eyes went wide eyed at the tech. He almost seemed fearful as he backed away from Jase. “Um. I uh...erm. What is...how...?”

“Long Story”. He says while closing the file. “I’m short I got that toy after My eye was shot out by a criminal I was after. You’ve heard a lot about me, but what about you what’s your story”? He shoots two more shots one aiming down the scope, one firing from the hip. Then he started to walk away from his target stuck his arm behind his back and shot. It hit dead center of the target.

“Well. I died eight thousand years ago, was brought back by my brother who was a vampire and was forced to help in a coup to take over Tatakai. Almost all of my family returned to the grave, since he brought them back as well. But I still have my little sister, who was forced into the plan as well. His plan failed, as my father was much more powerful and my brother was slain by monster hunters, and the empire I was born into was destroyed by the dojo.” He shared, albeit nonchalantly.

“I’d like to say that is not the strangest story I have heard in the dojo but I’ve only been here for... his eye starts twitching again. Two days so yeah that was the strangest story I have heard so far”. “Did your brother revive you recently or are you really 8000 years old.
