"It's not t-that a-at all i-im just still getting used to this p-place after one of the other dojoers brought m-me here c-can't remember m-much. They said f-fell from the sky. One of them brought me here."says Estonia she spoke in very quiet voice as she absentmindly rubbed the spot where she had hit when she had from the sky. She looked up at the sky with a slight frown on her face still clearly trying to remember where that was exactly. Her memory apparently affected by it. As she sighs and shrugs unable to remember. "i am Estonia i do remember that much at least."she says

 • Stian furrowed his brow when she was talking about the fall. Quite clearly head trauma was a factor and it may have affected her memory. “Do you remember anything else? Home, family, names, events, or anything else about you?” It would be necessary to prod her for what information she could recall. That would accomplish two goals. A. It would possibly jar her memory lose and at least give her a starting point. And B. It would get her mind off of a new place. Make it seem more familiar. Plus Stian didn’t have half the necessary energy to make a dive. And other magic casters cause a whole other slew of problems. And she was definitely a mage. An aura he had not experienced radiated from her. It was magic but not any he had seen. It would be interesting to study. “Well, injuries can make one hungry. The Dojo has dozens of shops and restaurants. And the village supporting us has many more. You’re welcome to come with me to get a bite while you recall what you can” Stian finished what felt like a speech and breathed heavily. He was losing strength by the second.

 • "I remember a fiery explosion before i fell and i remember that my homeland was called roak.''says Estonia she clearly was trying to remember more. But it was frustrating cause she couldn't. He feeling about her were right as she wasn't a mage but symbologist a mage in a way as they used spells and what not. But she would have much easier time doing it. "sure i can join you. "Says Estonia

 • An explosion? Definitely something there. Perhaps a malfunction with some avian craft or a battle. And Roak... that name. Stian read about it ages ago. He heard of angels from that place. Something like silver was mentioned too. Perhaps their home country was something sounding of silver. It was easily assumed she was of the angelic race, though the color of wings were in starch contrast to that image. “Sounds like the memory loss is worse than we thought. I know a glorious place in Dojoville. Here’s hoping it’s still open.” Stian took off towards the North Gate. The cliff was steeper there but it was pose no problem for someone with the ability to fly. Stian glanced behind him and ushered a signal to her, as if to say ‘you coming?’ Stian thought of the rich stew they had once made when he went there. It would a great meal to replenish mana, and it made his stomach grumble at him.

 • he would see her open her wings to their full length as she could very easily fly a lot better than most people run or swim. So it was no surprised when she had flapped them several times flying to catch up with him. But she could very easily do that.

 • Stian was in slight awe. This was his first time seeing these angels. He imagined the intricate nature of how they flew. Did they soar or did they require more rapid strokes to fly? Judging by the grace and apparent ease in which she flew over, it was probably the former. Stian exited through the North gate and began to half walk, half slide his way down the mountain. Grunts and a few panicked yells could be heard. Several words from a foreign language dotted the slide down. One could make a guess that they were curses

 • As Stian tumbled down the last small bit of slope, he uttered one last curse under his breath and began the extended process of dusting of his robes. Beyond some patches of dirt and a few caught twigs, the robes looked exactly the same as they did before. Stian did not. He was out of breath and almost shaking. The trip down had taken all of his remaining energy. At this rate he wouldn’t make it to the restaurant. He took up his sword in a shaky grip and it glowed brightly in response to him. The longer he held it, the easier his breathing became. Color came back to his cheeks and he stopped shaking. He hated to use up his sword’s reserves like he just did but it couldn’t be helped. Stian stowed his weapon and waved to the airborne girl, sun glaring in his eyes. The village was just ahead of them, as it wrapped around the entire mountain

 • she had landed not to far off from him. She had landed but didn't look very tired as she had used updrafts and currents to reserve her strength. She had slowly closed her wings allowing him chance to see up close and not in the sky flapping around.

 • Stian stopped for a second and admired the wings for a lingering second. The heavy black framed a vibrant red set against the alabaster white. He could only judge that from her face but he could imagine the skin underneath was only paler. It seemed as if only a master smith could produce these colors. The wings themselves looked as frail as spun glass but had the strength to carry a body to the heavens. Truly masterful... Stian began to let his mouth gape a bit before he shook his head and cleared his thoughts. “Showing off a little bit?” Stian said as he turned on his heel and started towards the an older area of town. The buildings there were slightly darker than those in other areas. Many bore scorch marks and large slashes in stone, a tribute to the battles seen here. Dojoville has seen countless sieges and enough battles to destroy a thousand races. It was harrowing to think of the blood spilled here

 • "No just closing them."says Estonia She had fully closed by now. Each wing folding neatly over the other as she soon hid them under the cloak she had been wearing as she prefer clearly to keep them covered when not flying.

 • Stian grunted. It was synonymous with an acknowledgement. Curls of pale smoke could be seen rising from the chimneys and vents of the buildings. As they crossed the threshold of the village, something became immediately apparent. The scent was drastically different than the one of the Dojo. It was obviously a poorer area of the village, but Stian had no quarrels. He was used to poverty. But perhaps the girl was not... “Hope you don’t mind the smell. The restaurant isn’t in the greatest area of town” Just as the sun passed its zenith, Stian stopped in front of blank faced building. Nothing about it indicated it was a restaurant.

 • even though she couldn't remember why the place he was leading her through didn't bother her or make her jumpy in the slightest. As she had stopped when he had. It didn't smell that bad here really it could always smell worse.

 • Stian entered a narrow alleyway between the blank faced building and what seemed like an apartment complex. A steel door only a few meters down was on the right. Stian approached it and entered a series of rapid knocks. 1-2-2-1-4 He waited. After about five minutes he entered them again. 1-2-2-1-4 Soon the voice of an old woman who had been smoking for far too long answered. ”Wrong code. If you wanted to catch us you need more recent updates” “Are you admitting guilt already Crane?” Silence was his only reply for a second before a large bolt was heard scraping across metal. A weathered old woman of about 80 stared with daggers. She wore an ancient dress of faded green and a small white hat. Her hair was tied in a neat bun and she held an intricate cane that didn’t match at all. ”Steve was it? No no no... Scrape... Sloan...” “Stian. Good to see you too, Crane” ”That’s right, Sylvester. Now why are you here?” “For your delicious meals of-“ ”Quit telling people I’m a restaurant. You know how many people stop by now?” The woman waved her free hand and started inside. ”You’re already here so come on in” Stian turned to the young girl, “As you can see I’m quite popular” ”No, you’re not, Scrag”

 • "uh okay.."says Estonia she didn't say much as followed after him. She had glanced quite shyly over at the older woman that was saying his name wrong.

 • Stian followed the old woman with confidence and whispered back to the young girl. “Don’t worry. She acts meaner than she is. Really a softie if you ask me” ”I’m only going blind, not deaf. I swear I I’ll kick your teeth in” “Charming. Are you really going to act like that for a first-timer?” The old woman mumbled something to herself as she passed through a curtained off section of the building. On the other side a small affair of about half a dozen tables greeted them. All but two had 4 seats to them. The latter had 8. Low, dim Chinese lamps sat at intervals on the ceiling rafters. There was a stage towards the back of the room. It was just the right size for a 16-piece orchestra. It gave the feel of an old speakeasy set in an older Asian tone. The old woman headed back towards the stage, while Stian took a seat at one of the smaller tables. He gestured towards the seat across from him. “Take a seat. That old woman may be a little harsh but her sons are much nicer. Though here’s hoping we don’t get her daughter...” Stian said the last part under his breathe, then turned to look for her reaction.
Sorry. Caught up with work
• He worked his scabbard free from his position at his waist and leaned it against the table. Stian sighed. He was still tired and losing energy. He wouldn’t last without something to eat. Just as he was thinking that a young boy, maybe 19, came from towards the stage and ran to the table where he spoke rapidly to Stian in an old, complex language. Definitely of Eastern decent. Stian gestured towards the young girl and rattled something back at the boy. He nodded and smiled at the young girl. ”Hi. I’m Shou. Can I get you drink?” His English was patchy and broken but the message got across. Stian patiently sat and hummed an off tune to himself. Yet it was strangely relaxing. The boy was about to bounce off the walls waiting. He seemed very quick paced.

 • The boy nodded vigorously and took off towards the stage. “Good kid, that one” Stian turned to look at the girl and prompted. “We haven’t got around to any names yet. We can start with something easy. I’m Stian and I’m a magician, I guess. Mage. Warlock. Whatever it is nowadays. Can I ask yours?”
