*She got into a guard holding the shield in front of herself defensively. When she crouched down it covered it whole profile. Both the shield and her blade sparked and pulsed with condensed energy.*

Korsis would continue to advance on her, slowly but surely making his way towards the pile of rubble. Suddenly, Korsis leapt through the air and behind Sapphire stabbing behind him and spinning around to any counter-attacks.

*She rolled to the left and then suddenly fired her jump pack. She changed direction immediately, hurtling toward his left side with the shield held in front protectively.*

Korsis dashed out of the way and slashed at Sapphire's form as she sped by, then turned to face her. He had the high ground. [spoiler]Pile of Rubble Korsis /. \_____Sapphire _~-_/_/ Except it's not exactly that, it's a slope.[/spoiler]

[spoiler]Well, according to Star Wars you win if you have the high ground. This isn’t Star Wars though.[/spoiler] *She fired her jump pack again and attempted to grab the blade of his lightsaber with her left hand upon reaching him.*

As her hand attempted to grasp the blade, her fingers and hand would be severed by the crackling blade of Korsis's lightsaber. "Foolish girl... Now, you will experience the full power of the Dark Side." Korsis let loose a torrent of Force Lightning from his finger tips and into Sapphire's body and armor.

The plating slowly began to warp from the heat and she let go before it could do any more damage. The blade on the gauntlet shut down, leaving her with only the shield.* *The lightning crackled across her armor, conducted into the ground through the metal plating. She raised her fist, ready to give his face a mighty good bop.* [spoiler]It may seem tanky for her to even be able to grab the lightsaber blade for a second, but as a little background, she came from a dimension where 90% of weapons were based on some kind of energy. Plus she is entirely melee only with a very limited arsenal so she’s gotta be resilient.[/spoiler]

Korsis saw an opportunity. Raising his fist, the warped metal began to tighten around Sapphire's hand and fingers, singing her fur and burning her skin. All the while, Korsis had his lightsaber ready.

*While he was focusing on her hand, she swung her other arm and smashed the shield into him with surprising force. As it hit him, the solidified energy crackled and sent a shock through his body.*

I guess she can't feel pain, but okay. Korsis blocked with his lightsaber, the two energies colliding and causing a small [i]boom.[/i] "You can't win, filth."

[u]You can’t win, filth.[/u] *She didn’t seem to realize that he had just said the same thing she swung the shield again, simultaneously attempting to sweep his legs out from under him.* (She can feel pain. It’s just that in her previous line of work she often came back with some extremely severe injuries.)

Mhm. Korsis smiled. He dodged the foot swipe and blocked the shield strike, the former causing her to slip, leaving an opening for Korsis. And boy oh boy did he take it. While she was (presumably) stunned by the fall, Korsis sheathed his lightsaber. "You're stronger than I thought. But I can't let you win, girl." Korsis reached out with the Force to grasp and crush Sapphire's windpipe as he approached her and ignited his lightsaber. "You lose." Korsis let go of her and, as she was falling, cut off both of her legs in a single swipe. "I'm done here." [spoiler]I don't mean literally crush, but close. I really don't think you can retaliate either, Sketch; the fall would have stunned her, giving Korsis his opening. I don't see how you can block it.[/spoiler]

*When he attempted to block the shield, her footing held firm. He felt it pushing against his blade with extreme force, edging it back toward him. On her other hand, 2-inch long claws extended from the fingertips as she prepared to swipe at him.*

Korsis glanced at the claws momentarily as he forced the shield forward and dashed away.

*She stepped back as he forced it and then began to pursue him. Though the motors in her armor helped to maintain her mobility, he was still lighter and faster than she was.*

Korsis continued to step backwards, keeping his lightsaber ready- until he charged forward and jumped over Sapphire. While somersaulting through the air, Korsis threw his lightsaber at Sapphires back. [spoiler]Yo, can I get a pic of her armor?[/spoiler]

*The blade bounced off of her jump pack, leaving only a glowing stripe which faded quickly. She whirled around and stomped on the hit in an attempt to destroy it.* [spoiler]I haven’t drawn it recently and it’s appearance needs to be updated.[/spoiler]

The lightsaber would be flung into the air, blade still pointing at Sapphire. The blade of plasma would skid off of her armor and her helmet, assuming she has one. The lightsaber would continue to hover in midair in front of Sapphire; that is, until Korsis flicked his wrist, sending the saber spinning and twirling around Sapphire, scorching and burning her armor. [spoiler]Can I get a bio, then?[/spoiler]

[spoiler]Need to make a new one too. Not that anything has changed since I took a break, but because it’s probably buried under a few thousand others. Also, yes, her head is armored.[/spoiler] *She fired her propulsion pack and was sent hurtling toward him. She had one fist raised, ready to punch while the other was ready to follow up with a slash. The glowing stripes on her armor disappeared soon, since the lightsaber never focused on any one spot.*

Korsis grinned as the lightsaber came flying towards her jump-pack, possibly impaling it? Is that thing armored too? Either way, it hits the jump-pack, then swings around and back into Korsis's hand. Korsis dodged the punch and parried the slash, Force Pushing her elbow the opposite way as he did so... it should break it, unless her bones are made of titanium.

*Though her bones weren’t made of titanium, the non-double jointed armor was made of an extremely strong alloy. The jump pack, being part of her armor, was not punctured by the blade. She began to attack rapidly, punching and kicking furiously in hopes of getting at least one clean hit.*
