[spoiler]It was not supposed to be intended, by the way. A sort of passive effect, even to anyone who has high will or immunity to mental spells. Mion doesn't exactly know about how her eyes can give this mesmerising effect to anyone, just a simple little harmless thing to anyone nice she encounters.[/spoiler]
