This had been going on for almost two days straight, not a break in volume for 47 hours. As for the source, a relatively tall humanoid robot was the cause of this disturbance. Internal speakers hummed and blasted music for almost twenty blocks. An unbearable racket indeed. Many would find this obnoxious, or even a statement of defiance towards general law; but to Isole, this was just a daily routine. He thought nothing of the complaints of those who were able to get close enough to him without going temporarily deaf, believing that because they were so few and far in between that the public enjoyed his display.
