Edited by xIXEROHOURIx: 12/17/2017 3:20:08 PMThat was a very shallow and weak comeback because you and I well know there are no facts, Bungie hasn’t provided hard numbers on how ToC even works. According to Bungie, we are supposed to just believe ToC is working as intended. My main gripe is ToC can be easily made to do nothing because how do you measure if something is influencing random chance when any result yielded can be chalked up to being RANDOM CHANCE. It’s called being cynical. Good day sir. ~Nyahh! =^,.,^=

Asking for facts to prove your point is shallow and weak? Can’t really think of a better argument, hope you get the answers you want. Thanks for sharing your opinion. Have nice day 🤜🤛 👋👋👋

Without getting into an argument here I can only go on my experience of play to date. I have put in over 26 days so far, mainly as a hunter. A friend of mine has put in 6+ days, mainly as a Titan. He has more hunter exotics than I do. I have used 3 three of coins so far. 1st one I got no exotic drop. 2nd and 3rd I got one exotic drop for each. 2 exotics in 12 hours is usual for me. Both were duplicates, but that won't be updated until the new year so I'm not fussed about that. However the Fated Engram did give me a duplicate. So from my experience so far, and with no numbers from Bungie to work with I can only go on what I experience, I have seen no change with 3oC at all and the Fated Engram doesn't work.

I get that, and it may or may not be a glitch. If it is I agree Bungie should be held accountable, I just don’t think we should jump the gun before getting factual proof. Could still just be bad rng, but on the other hand everyone that’s had an issue could be correct as well. We just have no way to know for sure yet.

Edited by Markski78: 12/17/2017 5:02:27 PMI think the big problem is with what has happened in D2 so far. We all have opinions on what could have been done differently with the vanilla and I'm no exception. I can talk for hours about what improvements I would have made but that's pointless now. Then we had the hidden xp issue which made Bungie look pretty bad. They responded by changing it and doing a better version in the new year. Would they have done it if they hadn't got caught? Not sure, but doesn't matter now anyway. So they introduce the next DLC. It was never going to be the massive content people wanted because of the time issue so was received poorly. What extras they did add I really like. Purchasing armor from vendors should be a given so I won't praise that but I'm loving the masterworks. My RNG is laughably bad so it is taking me a while. Had 18 so far and braking them down gives me 1 core every time, lol. But I really like them. And I love the grind for the weapon forge. Guns are a bit crappy, but it gives me another way of bumping my light level on certain guns. My point is people are less forgiving with destiny because of the D2 experience so far. Bungie should have been aware of this and realised that if 3oC didn't have a noticeable affect then people would complain. And the Fated Engram didn't work. They should have been sure of this before it was released or they just add to the voices of decent. For all its faults, and there are a few, I still love the game. I tell everyone to NEVER purchase from Eververse as all that stuff will be free if nobody uses it. But enjoy the game and push for more content with constructive debates and ideas. I detest the 'destiny is dead' crowd. That helps nobody. This game is unique. It's about the community and I do love that people care so much about it, even though I do get randomly tea bagged in the Crucible. The clan I lead is great. People complain about guided games but I've found it to be very rewarding, was a welcome addition. But ultimately we accept the good stuff and complain about the bad, and with Bungie's reputation a bit delicate at the moment the complainers have a lot more solid ground to shout from. So releasing a 3oC that isn't noticably effective was always going to be an issue.

I agree Bungie’s track record with D2 thus far has been bad so I understand the mistrust. It does make it easier to validate problems people have with things like 3oC when the game is in the precarious state it is in.

Im sure if there is a problem they will fix it, but these things take time. If people want to use them then go ahead. I will save mine and see if they mention any problems. I really hope to hear about the Fated Engram before next week! I will still get one if I don't though! Just maybe it will work. I live in hope! Still love the game. Best times are running the raids at the weekends when the clan is on. The game will get better and better over time. It should have been great from day one after everything they learned in D1 but this is where we are and we can only move forward with what we have rather than what we wished we had. If you need a clan to join let me know. Xbox one, Shaven Cabals. Great group of guys. No kids allowed! Lol.
