They probably would have if Destiny 2 wasn't 80% Destiny 1 from the cutting room floor. I mean, I didn't believe that concept myself at first -- but after playing the game and then seeing the shit they pulled on me with Osiris, I don't doubt that Destiny 2 is mostly what "should have been" but Activision said no, save it for later.
