Whether you wanted to change the appearance of the character, I would like to be able to edit my character, maybe for Bright Dust or free.

Yes please. Back in Destiny 1 I had to beat the game twice as a Titan just to change the look. Then a few more times for the other characters. It would be nice to be able to constantly or even periodically customise your character. We customise guns, armor, ships and sparrows all the time. My character's looks are an important part of that customisation.

D2’s story is 4h long solo, less than 3h if you coop and use fire team medallion. It’s not like D1 that used to take 15h solo from vanilla. So just delete your character and make a new one, that will actually give you an excuse to play this game.

I've [i]BEEN[/i] wanting that... They could at least have a station where you can do that, that costs glimmer or something if they were concerned about immersion. It's shame that they didn't add more variety to the customization in the first place.

3 RepliesYes! I made an exo Titan and I wish I made his eyes orange instead of red, I also thought about making him an Awoken. I will wait for bungie to give us one of those tokens that brings your character up to max character level. Grinding through the story’s again just seems like a time waster

I've wanted this from half way through Destiny 1, there should be a cosmetic stall where you can go get a makeover. New hair & colours & makeup, it should be easy for them to add. I can see the problem with changing race or sex but it's shoddy programming not to add this.

More customisation options and the ability to re-edit your character has been asked for since Destiny 1. You won't get it and even if by some miracle they implemented that feature it would be added to the micro-transaction system in some way. It's a nice thought but it won't happen not even with 7777 votes.

I advise buy or preorder the game you want with pay pal. Then if it’s really bad just bounce the amount through PayPal they have a 180 day policy if the product is “Significantly-Not-As-Described (SND)”. So you buy the game use there severs then take your money back so the intent is for them to spend resources and you get your money back. I don’t remember it exactly but it was basically, “We want you to take time in creating your character” or something like that. Folks on the forum also wanted beards. I guess they planned on hanging out in the tower a lot because it’s not like the helmet comes off any other time.

Well make new character get it to the max level and transfer all your stuff. Takes time but hey, it works.
