[i]Helena laughed quietly at Nat's first words, the snicker soft and short, sounding weirdly distorted through the helmet. She nodded slowly, her left hand slipping out of her pocket to give the purple-haired lady a thumbs-up.[/i]
"Was plannin' on runnin' n' lettin' m'Cap'n deal with the mess, buuut runnin' off t'hide with a pretty lass doesn't sound so bad. Sure, lead the way, eh?"
[i]Her voice took a jesting tone for just a moment, though she got serious again rather quickly, hand disappearing back into her coat in the meantime.[/i]

[i]"Sounds fun. You gonna plunder my booty?" Nat jokingly asked, taking a long sip of her water. [/i]

"Fuсk, I just might," [i]Hel responded with a surprisingly serious tone, even if there was still that slight joking accent.[/i]

[i]"Riiight, just don't share me with the whole crew." [/i]

"Why'd I do that? Naw, naw, never was one for sharin'. Anyhow, since y're still in the kitchen, y'mind gettin' me a water too?"

[i]"Will do," Nat said, bringing her a water from the fridge. [/i]

"Thanks," [i]She responded rather shortly, stopping the rhythmic tapping on her helmet to take the water, unscrewing the cap to then bring it to her lips, taking a swig.[/i]

[i]"So, any plans for today?" [/i]

"None at all. Already reported the mission info t'm'boss, so yea..."

[i]"Oh, cool." [/i]

"Y'want me out the door?" [i]She asked with a jesting tone, figuring she'd gone a tad too far with her jokes earlier, even if Nat had instigated it, kinda.[/i]

[i]"Nah I'm cool with you staying." [/i]

"Nice, nice... Y're good company, y'know, Nat? I like 't."

[i]"Yeah, thanks. This is some good company." [/i]

[i]Hel nodded in agreement as she sipped her water, throat surprisingly dry after sleeping for... well, she don't quite know.[/i]

[i]Nat just kinda plopped down on the couch beside her. [/i]

[i]A silence settled in, broken only by their mutual breathing and Helena occasionally taking a sip of her water. It wasn't awkward, though, but rather... pleasant.[/i]

[i]Nat eventually turned on the TV, starting up some shows she had recorded onto a box. [/i]

"So then, considerin' how easygoin' ya are with a definite criminal, I take it ya've some familiarity with violence 'n all that crap?"

[i]"Yeah, a fair bit. I tend to keep more towards a less... Aggressive route, with how I do things." [/i]

"I just prefer t'shoot things in the face. Or t'blow 'em up. Or both." [i]A simple woman. She just shrugged, making a bit of an "oh well" gesture with her hands.[/i] "But y're a sneaky beaky, then?"

[i]Instead of explaining, Helena decided to demonstrate, instead, the skin that was visible - including her hair - taking the colours of her surroundings, causing her to blend in as she shifted her cell composition to be akin to that of a literal chameleon.[/i] "Like so."
