Korsis would find that the border of Khalosh was entirely engulfed with a slowly thickening fog, and as he would enter.. boom. He felt his connection to the Force drain away, whatever firearms that he may have had suddenly clicked and locked, while his lightsaber seemed to shut down entirely. Somehow..
These invaders had seized control by forcing others onto their scale of combat.
He would not be greeted by this outside force, not yet. Korsis could hear horses whining in the distance, followed by the clattering of hooves, marching, and chatter. Scouts had spotted the Imperial arrival.

Korsis grunted as the troopers dropped their guns and grabbed electrified batons from their belts. "Damn magic. OI! OUT THERE, ON THE HORSE! FACE ME!" He drew a small dagger out of his cloak, the point barely poking out of his sleeve.

Even the batons had been rendered null, although they were still effective aa blunt weapons yet. Horses would circle around Korsis and his units, followed by a small group of infantry, about ten. Yet they were armed, with gem-embedded pistols, steel short swords and axes, and shining steel armoring. "Hold." One muffled knight would speak, towards Korsis.

"I'm here to talk with whoever is charge, knight. I would be pleased if you could lead me to him, or her." Korsis bowed slightly as he spoke. He may be edgy, but he had manners.

The cavalry horse would turn, as the circling units would motion for Korsis to follow the men on horseback. It was either that, or.. attempt an escape, if he found it too hopeless.

Korsis would follow, letting the dagger slip back into his sleeve. The Death Troopers stayed wary of the soldiers, however, forming a square around their leader.
