Peeking out from behind cover, he fired his blaster at one of the guns, hoping to turn it to slag in the assassin’s hands. While waiting for an answer to his sarcastic question, Michael took a quick look around the room, looking for possible escapes and options for cover. There wasn’t much. Until then, he had a plan if the assassin came any closer.
