So that's it? No ideas on how to make it better? Just a statement saying that you spent a big chunk of time playing a game that you enjoy, and because you don't feel the sequel could ever be as good you're quiting? Ok. I feel bad that you feel this way, but if that's your decision, I respect it.

  • Why does he need to say how to make it better? He's leaving. Bungie had months to fix their completely and totally broken game. Why does he need to tell them how to fix it AGAIN? Haven't they already been told, like, literally millions of times?

  • That's not a good enough answer for me. What you or I don't like about this game others might. I agree it is a more casual experience atm. But I still have fun when I play with my friends.

  • So, you think that one more person telling how to fix their game is going to make a difference? Also, you still have friends playing this game? That's actually amazing. In Vanilla, I had 20-30 playing at any one time. I haven't seen a single friend playing Destiny 2 for about a month. I take that back, I saw one play one time in that month. For most of us, his issues are obvious. They've been gone over millions of times on these boards. You use the example that you like the game. Obviously, that's not what he's saying. The vast majority of the community is fairly united on what's wrong with the game, with about 10% (according to polls here and elsewhere) saying that it's good.

  • I already said I don't deny that it has issues. But expecting these issues to be immediately fixed and then saying that you won't ever come back is just childish and attention-seeking. I'm just as frustrated as everyone else. But I don't post the same bs that I see everyone else posting.

  • Maybe at this point they don’t care to share ideas for improvement. Which isn’t a big deal. I think, if anything, Destiny 2 doesn’t have much a grind anymore, and it’s causing people to simply put down the controller, stand up, and walk away. Or play a different game, of course.
