Alpha would only look up at Pan, her expression scary. That hard-assedness, the rebellion, the hate, the spark behind the one eye she had was gone. The girl was nothing more than a lamb waiting for her slaughter, seemingly convinced her death was imminent.
She knew she couldn't repent, considering death was starting her in the eye. So, she waited for her punishment, regardless of the severity. Alpha knew she deserved it for messing around, just like she knew she somehow did something to deserve the rest of it, even if she had to trace it back to her first cardinal sin.

The eye closed. Alpha didn't care anymore, unable to do anything. She didn't say anything as well....what could she say? Apologies did nothing to erase anything, and they both knew it. But....after a while....Alpha'd speak up "....What do you mean?.........I hurt you Pan. I deserve it."
