This duo of weapons are vex based (hey the expansion looks awesome and I got some good ideas from it)

Rounds fired while ADS have no range/damage fall off and increases accuracy of weapon (only while ADS 5-10% accuracy increase)

All rounds fired have a chance to return to mag and do 5%-10% debatable increased damage when fired again ( chance to return 40% and then out of rounds returned 5-10% (again debatable) chance to do increased damage)
