Do I need to put "NOT AN OFFICIAL CHARACTER THAT WAS ONLY MENTIONED IN THE BIO SECTION FOR THE TOURNAMENT AND HE SHOULD ONLY OTHERWISE BE CONSIDERED A VILLAIN" in bold at the top of the post?

A plot orientated character is no excuse for the levels of OP you reach. Just tone it down, and just attempt a normal level of character. If you do, it would be much better.
