[spoiler]He was introduced a few months ago and took over the system, along with the internet and almost all isolated data stores and...well... pretty much everything else. He pretty much controls all of the tech on Tatakai. This plays a huge role in my winter plot, leaving the planet defenseless for invasion. He'll leave her alone, but in the end he still has more power than her. And trust me, I didn't pull this out of my ass.
