[spoiler]Technically immortal, but one PC won't do him harm. Especially when she has root access. If you're on the system, she can delete you. I know that for sure. Plus, when did I ever ask to be involved in this plot? Also, I ignore plot armor unless you've got a hell of a good explanation to go with it. [spoiler]He was introduced a few months ago and took over the system, along with the internet and almost all isolated data stores and...well... pretty much everything else. He pretty much controls all of the tech on Tatakai. This plays a huge role in my winter plot, leaving the planet defenseless for invasion. He'll leave her alone, but in the end he still has more power than her. And trust me, I didn't pull this out of my ass.
