What do you mean create NEW stuff? 3/4 of the content is recycled with minor tweaks. With all the unique/ under used armour and weapons for example in D1 (such as the green/ blue Y1 armour which had unique designs that were never used again) and the fact that D2 already proved that they weren't afraid to recycle their existing content- the LEAST they could have done is give unique appearances to every item. And yet they didn't. When a game has 3 years worth of content to draw from, with the newer adaptation hardly being distinguishable in terms of graphics, animations and content there is literally no excuse for what we received.
