We paid for a product and it sucks. They made it seem all that and it sucks. We paid for growth on top of the previous product. We didn't get that. If you bought a car with all the bells and whistles, then traded it in for next years version and it blew ass, wouldn't you be pissed? You wouldnt sit back and say well I know it takes a lot to design and build a car..........
