It is their job dude they are not doing it for free so we can "thank" them.. They are not our mothers cooking us a meal after a hard day's work for us to enjoy ffs.. They are professionals who are getting paid with good salaries for this so it is up to them to be good at what they do and if they are not the product that they sell will not bring the money back.. I mean i get that what they do is hard but that is no reason to "thank" them.. They are not risking their lives or something ffs
