2nd time now that Tess Everess has given me a Kill-Tracker Ghost from a bright engram, which breaks down into thin air instead of the proper ~100 bright dust that bright engram ghosts break down for. Also, I have the Comstock Lode ornament - twice now, first from a bright engram earned ingame, second from a purchased engram from Tess. I can't even use or dismantle the second one sitting in my vault and was under the impression that this would not happen seeing as ornaments were stored via collections.
