I'm not thanking anyone that made a product that I don't like or doesn't address issues with it's functionality in a timely fashion, in all aspects of the consumer industry, not just here. I work in the vehicle repair business. If someone brings me something to repair I can't just whine and say it's too hard to fix. [i]It's my responsibility to fix it[/i].
