"Well, I'll have to play sometime, see what my hand wins against you."
Rose grinned then, her own sly comment slipped out. She sat down on the couch as well, glancing about the room. It did suit something Nat would live in, certainly better than the tent in the forest.

Rose wouldn't find too much in the house that was out of the ordinary - Nat had already slipped most of it into her backpack prior to Rose exploring. Though in a few nooks and crannies here and there she would find what looked to be pages, about seven of them, each detailing a spell that Nat had once worked on. The idea didn't have too much to it in terms of clear cut definitions on what it was, though what was pieced together made it sound like a prototype for some form of explosion of gravity - No, implosion.
-
She cringed, the effects of it would be.... Gruesome. Not knowing what to do with it, she left it be, maybe mention it later.
-
Nat, meanwhile, had finished up with her looting of the house she once resided in. She mostly took to hiding evidence of some secrets she kept in the bag, alongside food and drinks of her own. "Alright, ready to start?" Nat inquired, sitting on the counter in the kitchen.
-
Hearing Nat speak, Rose walked over to it, shrugging once she entered. "Ready as ever." She didn't sound too invested in it, but would still partake.
-
Nat had a can of tomatoes in her hand, which, really, just says something about what she does for practice. As soon as Rose walked into the room, Nat threw the aluminum can lightly for Rose's stomach.
-
She caught it with both hands, looking back to Nat. "A can of tomatoes? You know I have entire sheets of metal for this at my tent." She scrutinized, but didn't meson any bad by it. Commenting in a sarcastic tone.
-
"Well, I'm fresh out of steel rods right now."
-
"Alright, then I won't judge Aside from making a mess with tomatoes."
-
"What, you're just going to ignore the mess from yesterday? Both messes are fun, this one needs a mop is all," Nat jokingly shot back, as she picked up a cluster of forks, butter knives and spoons. She started tossing them slowly, one by one so that they wouldn't overwhelm her.
-
"Wait! It doesn't work like that for me, I have to touch the metal first before I can bend it. So don't get trigger happy on me." She caught as many as she could, before stopping Nat from overwhelming her. Then she sorted through them all, and looked up again. "Wish I could just bend anything, but its not always so simple."
-
"Shit, sorry about that." Nat thought for a moment, though she eventually got off the counter and grabbed the utensils, which she tossed into a drawer. She grabbed a knife from a rack on the countertop and held it towards Rose, holding it by the blade. "Here, maybe you could bend this?"
-
Taking it, she held it for a bit, before placing her hand on the tip of the knife, and pushed down. Normally her hand should go onto the blade, and a trip to an ER was needed, but instead the blade bent backwards on itself, zigzagging until she pressed it against the handle.
-
"Well damn, you turned it into paper."
-
"I can also reshape it into anything, which is why I wear a metal armband now, useful for when I need it." She shrugged, then straightened the blade again, and passed it back.
-
Nat took the blade and tossed it at the wall beside her gently, letting it fall into the rack. She played it off as if it was intentional, but internally she was flipping her shit at such a mundane feat. "Yeah? What kinds of things do you usually end up making?"
-
"Depends on what I can think of, it also means I need more metal for the bigger things I try to make." Rose herself didn't see it as that impressive. Although she would win at any game with knives though.
-
"Right, so I would guess that's enough for, like, a knife?"
Nat gets impressed by mundane shit a lot, just kind of a little quirk.
-
"Its enough for a good sized machete or something similar, yeah."
-
"Ah, cool." Nat was starting to get the feeling that this training session was rather redundant. She could see Rose already had her skills done, so her presence was essentially akin to a fly that buzzed about a person. "Well, I should probably get back to the camp."
-
"We both should, yeah." She let out a sigh, Rose could appreciate Nat for trying, but the bandit did say for the most part she had it down. Just needed to work with bigger items.
-
"And... Sorry for dragging you all the way out here. I know it was kinda stupid, looking back on it." Nat walked towards the windowsill and climbed out, sliding down the fire escape. She started to walk her way back to the campsite.
-
Rose did her best to keep up, jogging once she got down to catch up with Nat. "Hey, its fine! At least you tried, which is far better than what most people would do, literally. Some of the soldiers in my tent watch and laugh at times."
-
Nat stood in place for a moment to let Rose catch up to her, and she resumed walking when she did so. "Why would any solider laugh at someone who is literally bending metal? Are they -blam!-ing dense?"
-
"As dense as steel, yeah. You'd be surprised." She let out a sigh, knowing she couldn't do much about them, not without causing problems in the camp.
-
"What did you do in response to that?"
