Trayven Camp Barracks
Sometime After Dark
"And... Perfect. Well, not bad."
Nat adjusted the last book in the back half of a barracks tent - One that was only half-occupied by Trayven forces, due to others being straight up kicked out by Natalie. She snickered internally when she looked at the blanket wall that had hanged from the cieling, a row of thick black blankets was all that had remained to divide her little section of privacy from the rest of the camp. It was a small pleasure to her, a way to show that while she was affiliated to the army, she stood at a position higher than just the average footman. Or rather, she acted like it, anyways.
The inside of her own personal tent was fairly quaint and small, but it was her own: A two-person bed, a couch, a low table in front of said couch, and a large table with some chairs was all she had in terms of furniture aside from the shelf, but it was enough for her in this second home. She had a radio on the table, which played a tune of Van Halen's "Panama" that was just muffled by the wall of cloth dividing her room from the other half of the tent. She was finally happy with the room and grabbed a book, a copy of some admittedly shitty romance novel, and took a seat on her L-shaped couch with a sense of pride.
((Open to all. If you need a way to reply, just investigate the music from the tent.))

"She's...shy. I don't think she could pull a weapon out on someone without it being part of a sport. I just realized how absolutely sh*tty of a place she's in for her personality outside of the games. Ugh!" Star groaned, closing her eyes and leaning back more. "I'm getting her a bodyguard or something for when she's not going to have a team around her that I trust. I hope she hasn't already had too much happen to her..."
-
"Do you know any good bodyguard agencies? If not, I know some people who you can call up."
-
"Someone on my old team started one. I'll call him up sometime...or his wife. I mean, both were on the team." She shrugged. "Who were you going to suggest?"
-
"A couple of guys that work for my uncle, is all."
-
"Hmm. Since you got me worrying about my sister I now task you with getting my mind off of it. Go." Star was only half joking.
-
"What do you want from me, sèx and a muffin?" Nat jokingly asked, grabbing a muffin from the table. Which she jokingly handed to Star.
-
Star failed to hold back a grin and a blush while she took the muffin. "Well....Th-That doesn't sound bad. W-Wouldn't people hear though?"
-
"The radio has a volume setting."
>TFW your jokes become more than jokes lmao
-
"...Also, we're just friends now. Aren't we?" Star sat up, looking over at Nat. Her eyes an interesting mixture of pink and yellow.
-
"Yeah, but friends can bang though, or am I wrong?"
-
"Yeah, that's true....I just..." Star shook her head and looked away. "This is going to probably sound stupid, but I think I'm saving that stuff for when I actually feel passionate and have a real relationship with someone, y'know? I think I'm done with sex until I actually fall in love for once."
-
"Alright, we won't then." Nat sat down on the couch once again, silently.
-
"How did you come to joining this whole...medieval circle jerk faction anyway?"
-
"Remember poker night? Isabella offered me a job since I knew her, and that was after I hid in a bush to see what this place was all about."
-
"You the reason I see Freya constantly burning bushes when not f*cking her wh*re?" Star clearly didn't like "Freya's wh*re" whoever that was, telling by her tone.
-
"Freya has a whóre? Who's the unlucky guy?" Nat sarcastically inquired. Of all people to have one, Freya was sat at the bottom of the list of people she thought would have one.
-
"Some b*tch called Traci...." Star rolled her eyes. "Nearly killed me like a complete dumb*ss when we were sparring."
-
"Traci! Ha, never would've expected Freya to go for her of all people."
-
"She f*cking adores her. It's weird and borderline creepy how much she loves her."
-
"Hey, that doesn't sound too bad. Unless it's to a point of not even being allowed to leave. Then it's just odd."
-
"Well...a tentacle monster sorta...forced Traci if you kept my drift. Since then apparently she's been overly protective."
-
"I gotta get out of this fûcking city dude."
-
"Well, we could go see my sister compete sometime if you want."
-
"Yeah, I'm up for that if you are."
-
"Wait, did you say that thing about getting out of the city because of the monster having its way with Traci or because of something else? Because I think that monster was slain by Freya."
