Who doesn't like to mentally torture their Guardians? I do.
Nightmare from Ireland Dreams of Sarah Grey She stood alone, in the Dojo Woods. Words echoed from a mysterious memory she had but couldn't figure out where it was from. "Everybody's sorry fer somethin, but yer still selfish enough ta do it in the first place." "Who's saying that?" She asked. She slowly turned around. Sarah saw someone behind her. A Hunter, no less. A Hunter, with the hood of his cloak up. The armor was unrecognizable to her. Literally. It was like what his armor was supposed to be was erased from her mind. "Who are you?" She demanded, her right hand reaching for her Dark-Drinker, the sword that rested strapped to her back. "Ya don't... remember me love?" The Hunter asked, an Irish accent was prominent. He pulled down the hood of his cloak. The Hunter had short, wavy, dark brown hair, and brown eyes. He had two red stripe tattoos running down his left cheek. Surely, Sarah would remember someone who would stand out like that in a crowd... right? Yet, she still didn't recognize him. The Hunter spoke again, "Sarah, love? Where's yer ring." He was looking at her right hand. He reached for it, taking her hand, looking at it. Her hand was bare, without glove. She pulled her hand away. "Why would I have a ring?" She demanded, "I'm not engaged. Or married. Or even dating. I've been single for years!" "Ya don't remember...?" He asked, "Yer married... ta me. Don't ya remember, Lady Warlock?" The Hunter had called her that, and those words felt.... familiar. Sarah's hand reached for the Dark-Drinker, again, "What do you mean?! It's been just me and Lunar. And recently Seraph, but that's aside from the point. I don't love you. I don't even know you! Get away from me!" "Sarah..." the Hunter begged, weakly. Her hand wrapped around her sword's handle. Pulling it off her back. She swung it once, and the Dark-Drinker decapitated the Hunter.
Stabbed in the heart with the Feels-Lighter.™ Bad spirit Dojo James. Bad Spirit Dojo James. I'll call Ghostbusters on you again.
Waking Moments 02:54, Dojo Woods, and Coincedently Near where Zavala's Shallow, Unmarked Grave Is. The Warlock awoke, sweating. She was breathing heavily. Lunar appeared, calming her down, "Easy, easy, Sarah. It was just a nightmare." "Lunar?" She asked, sitting up. "Yeah?" The Ghost asked. "For a Ghost that sounds like Nolan North, you know how to calm people down. Thanks." "Want Seraph to lull you back to sleep again?" He asked. "No, but I do want to speak to her, Seraph!" The whitish-grey code replica of the Warlock appeared at her left shoulder, "Yes, Miss Grey?" "I told you to drop the formalities, geez. I thought your patronizing subroutines were offline. Anyway, have you found any similarities between the memories and the nightmare?" Sarah asked. "Just your impulsiveness. Nothing else. That Hunter isn't showing up in any of our memories. More information may be needed," Seraph replied. "Nothing in any of my memories, either," Lunar said. "This probably isn't a missing piece," Sarah said. "It could be," Seraph suggested. "Seraph, it probably isn't," the Guardian argued. Seraph muttered something, "Tá do stubbornness ag clashing le do instincts arís." "What?" Sarah asked. "Nothing...." Seraph replied. • Bedlam nodded to Lunar before slowly walking into the clearing. He wasn't sure what the feathers were, but he wanted to find her.

 • The feathers were still falling. Covering the ground. She was standing. Must have been.

 • Bedlam looked up into the sky in confusion, still confused about whag was going on.

 • Except, they were not falling from the sky. The looked like they were falling from about 4 to five feet in the air.

 • He walked up to where the feathers were falling from and poked the area above them. "Sarah?"

 • The feathers moved a bit. It was her. But she didn't move much. He could hear her breathe.

 • "Sarah, why don't we talk about this? I can try and help you. I've already seen your memories and have seen you beaten to sh*t...." He sighed, placing a hand where he felt her.

 • She was completely silent. She didn't say anything.

 • "Sarah, nothing lasts forever. You have to just...move on sometimes. I know, things are coming at you rapidly right now, but you can't stress about it. If you can't change it then you have to just not worry about it. That's what I do. When I learned the girl I loved died a week ago, I did what I knew she'd want me to do. I smiled. I remembered all the goodtimes we had and laughed, knowing she'd never want someone to cry when she passed. She'd want them to remember when she was alive and take something away from it. I'm probably rambling at this point, but please...please speak to me."

 • She remained silent. She was staring at something, apparently. "Cursed..." She muttered, "I always survive... that's my curse. But Finn.. he was a guardian. Just like me. We don't just fall permanently dead. It's always a struggle. I take a mission to the Pyramidian. Had him wiped from my memory. And just as I start to remember him, as I started to hope, it's yanked away from me. This isn't simply loss. This is something more..." she trailed off.

 • "I'm sorry, Sarah. I wish there was something I could do, but there isn't. There's nothing either one of us can do." He took a deep breath. "I won't die on you. I'll be here to help you in anyway I can forever, as my immortal body never ages."

 • "I don't know if I can believe that anymore," she muttered. She looked, "Guardians... can't permanently die easily."

 • Bedlam chuckled and winked. "Trust me, I'm even harder to kill permanently. I kind of draw power from conflict, so dying during a fight is very unlikely. I mean, if I get stabbed a few too many times it may take a few weeks for me to reappear, but I won't stay dead." He smiled up at her. "You have my word, Sarah. I'm not going anywhere."

 • "You see, my mom wasn't a guardian. She was a refugee of the Collapse. At least they both acknowledged that she was gonna die and that she only had one life."

 • "If you think that's better I could always take away my own immortality. I wouldn't mind only having one life if that's what you prefer."

 • "Actually, don't do that. It's just that, when you're told something enough times and exact opposite happens. It gets... well... infuriating. First guy I dated-- James-- told me that fifty times. After the Replication Chamber incident, well, we argued, and literally fought. People got stabbed. So we ended the relationship. I mean, he turned into real f**king a**hole. He recently perma-died. And he still bothers me, in spirit form. So glad someone called Ghostbusters on him. Finn, told me he wouldn't die a million times. Next thing I know, perma-dead."

 • "You could always kill me to see....No wait, don't do that. One. Wouldn't prove much. And two...well, just don't." He sighed. "Maybe I should just say even if I somehow die some day I'll make the time you spend with me worth it. I'll make you as happy as I possibly can."
