Who doesn't like to mentally torture their Guardians? I do.
Nightmare from Ireland Dreams of Sarah Grey She stood alone, in the Dojo Woods. Words echoed from a mysterious memory she had but couldn't figure out where it was from. "Everybody's sorry fer somethin, but yer still selfish enough ta do it in the first place." "Who's saying that?" She asked. She slowly turned around. Sarah saw someone behind her. A Hunter, no less. A Hunter, with the hood of his cloak up. The armor was unrecognizable to her. Literally. It was like what his armor was supposed to be was erased from her mind. "Who are you?" She demanded, her right hand reaching for her Dark-Drinker, the sword that rested strapped to her back. "Ya don't... remember me love?" The Hunter asked, an Irish accent was prominent. He pulled down the hood of his cloak. The Hunter had short, wavy, dark brown hair, and brown eyes. He had two red stripe tattoos running down his left cheek. Surely, Sarah would remember someone who would stand out like that in a crowd... right? Yet, she still didn't recognize him. The Hunter spoke again, "Sarah, love? Where's yer ring." He was looking at her right hand. He reached for it, taking her hand, looking at it. Her hand was bare, without glove. She pulled her hand away. "Why would I have a ring?" She demanded, "I'm not engaged. Or married. Or even dating. I've been single for years!" "Ya don't remember...?" He asked, "Yer married... ta me. Don't ya remember, Lady Warlock?" The Hunter had called her that, and those words felt.... familiar. Sarah's hand reached for the Dark-Drinker, again, "What do you mean?! It's been just me and Lunar. And recently Seraph, but that's aside from the point. I don't love you. I don't even know you! Get away from me!" "Sarah..." the Hunter begged, weakly. Her hand wrapped around her sword's handle. Pulling it off her back. She swung it once, and the Dark-Drinker decapitated the Hunter.
Stabbed in the heart with the Feels-Lighter.™ Bad spirit Dojo James. Bad Spirit Dojo James. I'll call Ghostbusters on you again.
Waking Moments 02:54, Dojo Woods, and Coincedently Near where Zavala's Shallow, Unmarked Grave Is. The Warlock awoke, sweating. She was breathing heavily. Lunar appeared, calming her down, "Easy, easy, Sarah. It was just a nightmare." "Lunar?" She asked, sitting up. "Yeah?" The Ghost asked. "For a Ghost that sounds like Nolan North, you know how to calm people down. Thanks." "Want Seraph to lull you back to sleep again?" He asked. "No, but I do want to speak to her, Seraph!" The whitish-grey code replica of the Warlock appeared at her left shoulder, "Yes, Miss Grey?" "I told you to drop the formalities, geez. I thought your patronizing subroutines were offline. Anyway, have you found any similarities between the memories and the nightmare?" Sarah asked. "Just your impulsiveness. Nothing else. That Hunter isn't showing up in any of our memories. More information may be needed," Seraph replied. "Nothing in any of my memories, either," Lunar said. "This probably isn't a missing piece," Sarah said. "It could be," Seraph suggested. "Seraph, it probably isn't," the Guardian argued. Seraph muttered something, "Tá do stubbornness ag clashing le do instincts arís." "What?" Sarah asked. "Nothing...." Seraph replied. • "Sleeping in the woods? Couldn't possibly be that comfortable, could it? Thought Warlocks usually slept in libraries." Bedlam walked into the open with a friendly smile, a small trail of red mist accompanying his feet with each step. "Actually, have you ever even visited the Dojo library?...That's off topic. I think I'm more curious about why I found you sleeping in the woods, having a nightmare."

 • "I like the outdoors. Sleeping inside is too... confining," Sarah replied. Seraph sighed, "Sleeping outside also leads you 77% more open to the Nightmares the Hive wizards send to you." "Seraph... stop running those odds."

 • "That's why I have no AI. I hate hearing the odds. Not everything you do has to be logical." Bedlam stretched out a hand to help Sarah up. (Assuming she's still on the ground) "Well, why don't we get your mind off whatever woke you and go visit the largest library ever created by a mortal? The Dojo library. I know the owner."

 • "Alright," she said, taking his hand. She stood up.

 • "A walk through the woods is always nice." Bedlam gestured for Sarah to follow as he began to walk away. "It's even better when you have company though."

 • She followed. "Some times you need the tranquility of being alone and taking in all the sights."

 • "I've spent enough time alone, Sarah. I'm lonely as hell. People don't exactly like me." They headed towards the library, the walk not being too much longer because RP logic. "Not that I'm going to go brood over it, but it's annoying."

 • Sarah sighed, "Good. Loneliness isn't worth brooding over." Seraph disappeared. "Missing pieces," she muttered.

 • "What was that?" Bedlam turned to Sarah. "Missing pieces?"

 • "Some of my memories. They're... gone... Not really gone. Just missing a big piece. I don't think that nightmare held the piece I was looking for."

 • "I had and still partially have that problem. Join the club. I'll happily help you in anyway I can, but I can't cause you to dream to find memories...I can cause nightmares though." He shrugged as the library came into sight. It didn't look too big from the outside and the architecture was extremely dated.

 • "It's not that old. Violet, the owner, just likes the look. I don't think it's even that many months old honestly. She used some magic to simply age it or something." Bedlam led Sarah to the front doors and held one open for her. "After you."

 • Full wooden bookshelves, organized into neat rows, went up to the top of the two story high ceiling and surrounded the small open area Sarah now stood in. In front of her was a wooden desk and sitting at the desk was someone asleep with their face planted on the desk, a white cloak covering their face and body. Bedlam followed Sarah in, snickering. "That librarian never gets enough sleep. One time she stayed up a whole month straight by using her magic until she collapsed. Some people never known when to put a book down."

 • The Warlock began to wander, exploring the library, walking and using her knowlege of the Dewy Decimal System to find books on Tatakai's History.

 • She'd find an entire section of the library dedicated to the history. The bookshelves on the topic seemed almost endless. Bedlam followed closely behind. "History? What are you trying to figure out?"

 • She scanned through book titles to see if she could find more recent events. Not the scorching recent, but something recent eniugh to help her piece together what's missing.

 • "The memories...here. You're looking for your husband, aren't you?" Bedlam vanished and reappeared with a large open book in his hands. He pointed to a specific line. "His name was Finn. Here's the records Violet made of you two."

 • "You... too? Why does everyone think that I was married. I swear... even my nightmares are starting to reflect that..." She seemed unhappy. She didn't want to accept the fact her nightmare was right.

 • "Sarah, you said it yourself. You have missing memories. Don't you think you could've forgotten him?" He sighed. "This is just like when Artemis forgot her husband..."

 • "It's okay. You're not the only woman to go through this. I know a girl called Artemis that went through the exact same thing. Just because they meant everything to you doesn't mean you can't forget...sadly." He placed down the book and sighed. "Need a hug?"
