Funny thing with D2 is that since release I haven't seen any, “This weapon is OP!” or “This Subclass/Super is dumb!” or not even a “Red Bars running rampant!” post. People keep saying how much better D1 was but everyone forgets all the metas and server issues it had. It's actually pretty funny looking back at the Thorn/Felwinters, Last Word/Felwinters, Sliding Shotgun, “1000 Yard Aim Assist”, Self-Res Warlocks, Wombo Combo, Special = Primary, and all the other dozens of metas and trends that got everyone in a tizzy. Not to mention all those funny post about Raid Requirements and insane grinding. It actually feels kinda nostalgic trying to explain these things to my buddy who started to play D1, but got in it real late and didn't get too much into it until D2. I still enjoy D2 even through once you run through all the missions and the Raid there's not much left to do in PvE. I do miss the Strike and Loot System from D1. And the gear design looked a lot better in my opinion. I'll still play it most definitely, I just love Destiny too much, but I hope Bungie has some good steps forward planned to deal with all the criticism regarding the Endgame. And maybe rework the infusion so I can start levelling up all these hand canons I have.
