Anyone that is a gamer should still have hope for this game.. Why would you want it to fail is what i dont get.. If you truely Appreciate gaming then you should be able to see this game can hold great potential, Bungie seem to be just plain lazy with alot of things in D2, maybe not lazy just soaking up as much money as they can and doing things the cheapest way for max profit..

 • You kind of answered your own question in your post. Personally I don't want it to fail, rather it sent warning shots at future games in the making.

 • It’s not a matter of wanting the game to fail. It’s a matter of wanting the scummy business practices that have infested the gaming industry to fail. Activision is well aware that a lot of gamers feel the same way you do, and will pay what ever it takes to see a promising franchise like Destiny live up to its incredible potential. They know that all they have to do is make a game that’s functional and looks pretty, hype it enough to get people to pre-order it, and then when it inevitably disappoints, promise to improve it with paid DLC. And out of a combination of hope for the franchise and a generous helping of Sunk Cost Fallacy, we’ll bend over and take what ever they give us every time. It’s only going to keep getting worse unless the gaming community puts its collective foot down and stops paying for games that operate this way.
