Underdog No Longer... Somewhere idfk, noon-ish. Many inside the Dojo knew how to fight very well. They came from all lives: savage killers, military men, gladiators and anything in-between. The others who lived around though, some did it. This left them prey to bandits and criminals of all sorts. The same kinds of people who forced one woman to suffer for a good deal of time. A building had been rented out and turned into a makeshift training center. Eris, who realized the aforementioned problem, had done so, renting the building out part time (so she could afford it) to teach people to fight or st least defend themselves. She finished with a class, the group of men and women of different races and kinds taking the arm and leg training gear off themselves and setting it at the back of the newly set up classroom. This class had been one for some of the more experienced people as well, as she gathered up the few dummy knives that had been placed around for them to train with. The room smelled of perspiration as she did, resetting everything as classes were done for the day. Being the weekend, Eris still wanted some time to enjoy herself as well. She herself donned her usual arm and leg coverings. On top of this, were a pair of brighter pink shorts that went down to the mid of her thigh, but the sides cut upwards a bit to reveal a bit little bit more of the leg. She had on over this a looser white T-shirt, making sure not to reveal anything. She had on the same training gear as the students who had removed their own, looking like this: https://imgur.com/a/it86f She had decided to keep hers on for now, kind of liking the feeling of it. She moved over to a table, in view of the door, facing it, as she began to write. Mainly filling out a bit of paper work, quite boring compared to other things. She didn't know what the rest of the day had in store.
open
• "Is it too late to join up?"says marcella Marcella had walked in it was clear she wasn't much of a fighter her thin slender build showed that very clearly. She had other abilities she normally relied on. She was about 7'6" in height with pale skin, pale blue eyes and long black hair. She was wearing a grey t-shirt and black cargo short. She seems to have a follower though as she had a small cat sized spider following her around closely marcella didn't seemed fazed by it at all.

  • Eris smiled as the lady entered, as she looked up at her. Eris, currently siting and only 5'9", was a good deal shorter than this woman, having her crâne her neck skyward to speak to her "Nope, not too late to sign up. Though, unfortunately you did just miss the last class for today." She said. She smiled softly but kindly at the woman, her short hair obscuring none of her face "I'd be more than happy to show you a bit though if you want right now."

  • "Okay that's fine with me my name is marcella and not very good at physical fighting though most fights get detered because of the spiders that follow me around all the time."says marcella she casually pointed at the small spider that had taken to crawling up onto her right leg quite harmlessly i might add. It wasn't a normal sight to some but to marcella she was used to them.

  • "Always good to be prepared though. Sometimes it won't deter people." Eris said. She knew that sometimes scaring your opponent wouldn't work. It was always better to know how to fight

  • "Yeah i know i cut very close last time. That's why i wanted to learn. "says marcella the attack she mention happened a month or so ago before she even got her it was awful and she almost died if her friends didn't find her. She's still got the scars from it on her back.

  • The door opened, though much more noticeably to people inside, brass jingled behind he who entered. The Marshal wandered into the building, having heard of its goal beforehand. He definitely wasn't opposed to the idea of people learning to defend themselves, considering Dojoville Police was useless and people needed to get their shit together in his eyes. So he walked up to the front desk, clicking his heel off the ground to make a noise not too unlike that of a bell.

  • The last class of the weekend had finished for now, giving Eris the free time she needed. As the door opened, she looked up at the man approaching, smiling a bit when she saw JT. In truth she had some fondness for the man, for how kindly he had treated her when they had made their first encounter. Her eyes lit up a bit when he saw her. "JT!" She said happily, standing up behind the desk, which covered her lower torso, only revealing the upper half of her. Eris' face wasn't one easily mistaken with others, her snakelike gold eyes, short black hair and tan skin easy to pick out

  • "Oh, sup. This the place that trains people?" JT inquired. First and foremost, he had to make sure he was in the right place.

  • "Yep. I figured I should put my past to good use, and help make sure people don't end up with a similar past to me." She said smiling a bit. It was clear her true intention was to help people, getting enjoyment out of it.

  • "The same style I had been taught where I'm from. We cal is Shai-va, but from what I can tell from research, it's similar to a mixture of Karate, Krav Maga and Muai Thai." She said. Her combat trainer, he had been a kinder man. He treated her well when he could, one of the few people she enjoyed in her home.

In walked Star, the 5'4" professional athlete. She scurried in, her short brown hair in a bit of a mess. The woman's features were very beautifully feminine, but her slim muscle showed some strength behind the beauty. Her grey shorts went down to a little above half way down her thigh, tight against her skin and her shirt was a loose tank top that was a bit small in length and exposed the bottom of her abs. "Sorry! I'm late, aren't I? My bad, I just...things happened. This is the place for learning to fight with your hands, right?"

  • Eris looked up as she saw the person come in, smiling a bit. Eris was a good deal taller than the girl, Eris herself a deal muscular and fit. She spoke kindly as the woman came in. "Yep, and it's ok. Life happens to all of us, right?" She slid a page out of the way "And yeah, a little late. It's ok though. The last class for today finished, but I'd be happy to do a bit of a private for you." She said kindly.

  • "Oh, thank you! I'll pay you extra if I have to." She sighed with relief glad to have not completely missed getting some sort of training today. "I'm guessing private lessons would cost more anyway."

  • "Don't worry, you don't have to pay extra." She said smiling a bit. "Though, before anything, do you have any experience with fighting? Martial arts, boxing, anything? If you don't want to say the reason, don't worry, you don't have to." She said, knowing that feeling for herself.
