This would eventually lead to another hallway, this time with windows. Some of them were intact, others were completely missing their windowpane. It was those in which the cold air blew in, along with a faint, mechanical screech of... something that flew far below them. But how? If one were to look outside, they would see that the old building was very far up. So far up, in fact, that you could only see the top of the huge grey mountain it was anchored to.
