Emile fell back, but moved his head in time to avoid the shotgun from hitting him. He took a jar off of his belt, then threw it at garin’s face. The jar broke, cutting his skin, then the liquid began to burn him, leaving agonizing pain on Garin’s face.

Garin was able to get his head out of the way in time to dodge the jar, then was a dumbass and slipped in it. He kicked off his shoes and threw his empty shotgun to the side. His eyes drifted to Emile's shotgun as his hand hovered next to his revolver.

Since he shot Emile’s shotgun, it probably wasn’t working, and stepping in the corrosive liquid without shoes on wasn’t a great idea either. Emile got up and drew his axe, then he forced it down on garin’s hand that hovered over his revolver.

As soon as he saw the axe, he h'whipped out his revolver and emptied the 6 rounds in its chamber into Emile's knees and shoulders. [spoiler]he isn't standing in the stuff, he moved then kicked off his shoes[/spoiler]
