Can you have 11 recovery?
I have 10 recovery on my warlock. I have a recovery mod, but I dont want to waste it if it's not going to pump it up to 11. Does anyone know if you can have more than 10 in any stat?

1 ReplyIt appears that having "11" doesn't do anything in every video I've watched on the subject. 10 is indeed the cap.
